The item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection:
We will notify you regarding the approval status of your return.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Spilled Products
We fully accept returns and offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
The item is damaged, defective, leaking, or spilled upon delivery.

Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
We will arrange a return pickup within 7 days from the delivery date.
If you choose a replacement, the new item will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
